IAB Social Media Measurement framework launched
The IAB have launched a framework for social media measurement which they hope will bring some clarity and consistency to the field.
By their own admission it'smore common sense than rocket science (and all the better for it in our opinion) but it does give some clear guidance to anyone thinking of embarking on a social media campaign (i.e. not just "doing" a Facebook page).
