The daily national newspapers in the UK continue to suffer from a near-universal drop in physical circulations while their number of online visitors continues to rocket. However, there is an odd lack of correlation across the titles between their print circulations, online visitor numbers and social engagement suggesting that - despite the business section column inches devoted to the internet every day - not every title has a comprehensive digital strategy in place.
