Lies, damn lies and statistics @ TED
We're big fans of TED. While the above talk from bioinformatics whizz Sebastian Wernicke is entirely tongue-in-cheek we could all learn from the top-ranking TED talk attributes. If you want your audience to admire and pass on your next presentation make sure it's:
Beautiful
Inspiring
Courageous
Persuasive
Informative
Fascinating
Ingenious
Funny
or just plain old Jaw-dropping.
If you don't feel you can live up to that you can make your own (largely meaningless) TED talk using his Ted-pad app.
